Making Appointments Is Easy

To Make an Appointment Online:

Patients may make only one appointment online at one time. All appointment requests are made directly into the office scheduling system and then reviewed by a member of our staff. Unless you are otherwise notified that there is a problem with your appointment, your doctor will be expecting you. After making an appointment you will be able to edit or cancel the appointment, but be aware that cancellations may result in a penalty fee. You can come back to this site at any time to view all of your scheduled appointments. Use the Appointment Form to schedule your appointment.

You have several options when making an office visit:

Brief office visit

This should be used for urgent problems such as a cold, urinary tract infections or back pain, as examples. A brief visit may be used by your physician for follow-up of your medical condition such as high blood pressure, diabetes or heart problems. This visit is not designed to cover multiple problems that have been bothering you over the past year. If there are multiple problems for evaluation, ask the secretary to give you additional time.

Comprehensive exam

This is used as a comprehensive evaluation of all systems, generally done only once a year, and may include a comprehensive history, review of past and present problems, and involve EKG's, laboratory studies, pulmonary testing etc...

Consultation

This exam is a specialty evaluation usually ordered by another physician you have seen. It may be a pre-operative exam for medical clearance for a major surgical procedure.
